one of many 1sts...
my 1st bout of depression! argh. feeling kinda down... think n hope it's cuz of tiredness... hai. haiya. junjie. why'd u hafta curse me. depression is no fun.i think, i sorta miss being home la. where the pple who've known me forever are so close by! n i can contact anyone i want, whenever, u know!usu when i sink into depression i dun contact anyone anw, but it's nice to know tt if i wanted to, i could. or tt at least hehe those pple are actually awake when i am!
here, hmm. depressed but still gotta go out bathe... n still gotta check my courses thing online, n lyk pack my room n boil water! alamak! so many chores. n all scream to be done. hai.
anw i wanna post some eerie pix 1st. hehe. skyped puddle last nite! n biaodi, n lil too some nites ago. im bumping into pple who're either crazy latebirds :) or juz in a similarly screwed up time zone lyk me la. hehe! ok. eerie pix.
anw today! singsoc outing at hyde park (the famous winnie the pooh place rite! i think!)! i was starving all morning la! grr! n it's NOT becuz i missed breakfast again! but tt some smartass decided tt pple sleep in on sat, n emerge to eat at 1130 only. so there's only food at tt time. haiyo! how to cultivate healthy habits la! ok a bit no link. nvm.
otherwise it was fun leh! glad tt decided to play captain's ball wif the others... my ball sense not tt bad la. yay :) shimmie is a crazy barnacle tho. so hard to peel off. ugh! hahah! 
then we all walked over to THAT duckrice place. wah lao. tt walk almost took my life man. hehe. usu i try to act tough but WAH tt was far! im lyk my dad la. grumpy when hungry. =) n it was raining but i had an umbrella to share. not mine la, kind yujie's. :) she is so tolerant of laziness... mine is too hard to fold back into it's tiny size. :D 
the food was pretty good tho! quite worth the walk la! the supposedly very very good roast duck was sweet! n pretty good la. not to-die-for leh! but good :)

after the meal everyone sorta split up, n went shopping wif some of the gurls... juz walking ard the area. not to ostracise myself from the entire female sex, but eh. gurls take TOO LONG to shop! haiyo! i guess since my mission is to become more feminine i should learn how to err shop slowly la... but anw! it was quite nice walking ard i guess! some nice stuff, but eh. no $. i should bring more than 10 pounds when i go out. :(
then... went to shimmie's room as 'permanent VIP' again (yay! feel loved :D)... watched taiwanese variety programmes on her comp... zhou rox! her roommate is a rabid fan too! i'm PLEASED yay! n then the 2 ians (there are 2 guys called Ian and they look alike and are Nice =))came over, n we had a (zhou) karaoke session... my god! damn fun! 5 pple yelling out the duets at the top of our voices! zhou u are good for the SOUL man! haha!
nite activities involved walking ard the whole area for a few hours... the ians are pro navigators man... :) n shimmie got awfully excited over soho. aiyo, nth much la... think too early. :(
then i was walked back (felt loved again!) n we went to kachau mervyn (my hallmate) wif err loud flirtations outside his door budden he wasn't there... n everyone came to visit my humble abode, comforted me tt the carpet din look tt bad la! hehe! ya. n then they go back loh! liddat.
fun day.
i wish i had more energy actually, cuz i kinda died halfway... but i enjoyed it! alot :) meeting new pple everyday, n it's kinda nice. im not THAT unfrenly after all :)
ok i think i shall stay in tmrw. im ashamed of the mess here. will CLEAN UP so at least my future guests wun hafta balance precariously on my armchair handle, n drinking water is not cloudy n scarce.
still depressed, but i think i'll be ok. =)

Dear Pa & Ma:Thanks for flying over wif me n spending these few days helping me to settle in!
My room is still in a mess :(, but the organised bits are organised thanks to the both of u! :)
the cupboards are lined, the table is lined, the cups and bowls and foods and toiletries are categorised on my shelves! haha! n i haf nice nuts to eat. and milo to drink. n ya... juz thankew for accompanying me ard la... i think i would've crumbled if all who love me had suddenly left at the same time...
n ya... i wouldn't haf wanted to spend my 1st few days here wif anyone else, in any other way. :)

greetings mortals!!
hihi everyone! im blogging as promised...! =)it's now 10pm n im feeling a little lonely :(

nvm la, got lotsa chances la! i haven't (n dun think i want to, dun think i will) get into the whole clubbin culture, but i will go soon la! juz to see how it is... =)
ok, post some pix 1st...
'tis my room! aiya it's still in a mess la... i feel so ashamed man! :( hehe!
but yeah! it's pretty small, n the carpet is kinda dubiously speckled n blackish... but it's starting to feel quite homely! ya! the day my parents left london (on wed), stayed up to line my noticeboard n put up zhou-x4 n my best frenz pic! yep! they were screaming to be put up! n the whole room is more wen nuan now :)

struggled to find 'another view' budden arh, couldn't really find one... table la, see table... messy... it's directly opposite my bed... wif a few feets' worth of space in betw...
u can see...my comp, random things... n my nuts! im v proud of them... my dad prepared a whole tupperware la! n a ziploc too... his special microwave nuts... smells of home :D
Today... spent the day in Shimmie's spanky new room! the whole hall's new n smells lyk paint... budden her corridor smells lyk kitchen cuz there's some (bad) smells emanating from there :D im still envious she has a kitchen! hehe! n a toilet tt's kinda lyk an airplane toilet! ya... her parents leaving today mah, then her mum cooked... juz normal stuff but it felt so good to eat handcooked chinese food la :) a change from those roast ducks (which are lyk a major feature of the chinese restaurants here)... n when they left i was teary too! reminded me of when my parents left la :(

yeah...then after tt we walked back to sch to check out the party (after deciding to go later, when we haf nice things to wear n haf gotten into the right mood)... long long queue, could've cut la cuz got s'poreans queueing too, but decided to walk home instead. nice, crazy, happy day :)
